Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so 48hrs before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel after the 48hr time frame there is a 15% cancellation fee charged, which is 15% of your scheduled service. If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. If you reschedule, your deposit will be used towards your next appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your rescheduled appointment your deposit will not be refunded, and you will need to make a new deposit in order to schedule a new appointment.
